Effective: September 29, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 31 - 135th General Assembly The industrial commission operating fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of all moneys transferred to the fund pursuant to division (B) of section 4123.342 of the Revised Code.
