Effective: September 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly A person who files a complaint with the director of commerce alleging a violation of sections 4115.03 to 4115.16 of the Revised Code shall file the complaint within two years after the completion of the public improvement upon which the violation is alleged to have occurred or be barred from further administrative action under this chapter.
