Effective: June 30, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 321 - 119th General Assembly Every person subject to division (A), (B), (C), (D), or (E) of section 4112.02 of the Revised Code shall post in a conspicuous place or places on his premises a notice to be prepared or approved by the commission that shall set forth excerpts of this chapter and other relevant information that the commission deems necessary to explain this chapter.
