Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 110th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A) or (D) of section 4111.13 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (B) Whoever violates division (B) or (C) of section 4111.13 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (C) Whoever violates section 4111.17 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
