Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The owner or user of any elevator shall register, with the division of industrial compliance, every elevator operated by the owner or user, giving the type, capacity, and description, name of manufacturer, and purpose for which each is used. Such registration shall be made on a form to be furnished by the division.
