Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly A commission to serve as a special inspector may be suspended or revoked by the superintendent of industrial compliance, for the incompetence or untrustworthiness of the holder thereof, or for the falsification of any matter or statement contained in the holder's application or in a report of any inspection.
