Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly (A) No person shall violate sections 4104.41 to 4104.48 of the Revised Code, fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined in connection with those sections, or fail to comply with any order issued by the superintendent of industrial compliance or any judgment or decree issued by any court in connection with the enforcement of sections 4104.41 to 4104.48 of the Revised Code. (B) Every day during which a person violates sections 4104.41 to 4104.48 of the Revised Code, fails to perform any duty lawfully enjoined in connection with those sections, or fails to comply with any order issued by the superintendent or any judgment or decree issued by any court in connection with the enforcement of sections 4104.41 to 4104.48 of the Revised Code constitutes a separate offense.
