Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Except as provided pursuant to section 4104.37 of the Revised Code, no person shall operate a historical boiler in this state in a place that is open to the public unless both of the following requirements are satisfied: (A) The person operating the boiler is licensed under section 4104.35 of the Revised Code.
