Effective: September 6, 1965 Latest Legislation: House Bill 149 - 106th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance shall preserve a full record of his proceedings, including a concise statement of the condition of each insurance company or association authorized to transact business in this state. Each year the superintendent shall report their general conduct and condition, including the information contained in the statement required of them, arranged in tabular form in two separate reports, one pertaining to life insurance companies and the second to all other insurance companies.
