Effective: January 14, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 478 - 119th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for the purpose of implementing amended substitute House Bill 478 of the 119th General Assembly, including rules that establish fees for any service or transaction that is required by that act. The rules shall specify each such service or transaction and the amount of the fee that is so charged. Any fee collected pursuant to those rules shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the department of insurance operating fund.
