Effective: August 3, 2006 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 17 - 126th General Assembly Any statements, information, or photographs that are required to be provided, and that are provided, by a registrant pursuant to section 3797.02, 3797.03, or 3797.04 of the Revised Code and that are in the possession of a county sheriff are public records open to public inspection under section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
