Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The division of marijuana control shall establish a toll-free telephone line to respond to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and health professionals regarding adverse reactions to medical marijuana and to provide information about available services and assistance.
