Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly No casino operator shall hold a majority ownership interest in more than two casino operator licenses or casino facilities at any one time. No person shall be a management company for casino operators licensed to operate more than two casino facilities in this state at any one time.
