Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) A person may apply for a gaming-related vendor license. All applications shall be certified as true. (B) A person who holds a gaming-related vendor's license is authorized to sell or lease, and to contract to sell or lease, equipment and supplies to any licensee involved in the ownership or management of a casino facility.
