Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall maliciously put a dead animal, carcass, or part thereof, or other putrid, nauseous, or offensive substance into, or befoul, a well, spring, brook, or branch of running water, or a reservoir of a water works, of which use is or may be made for domestic purposes.
