Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a recovery is had under sections 3761.02 to 3761.05, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the court shall include as a part of its judgment an order requiring the board of county commissioners to include the amount of the judgment in the next succeeding tax levy for such county.
