Effective: July 1, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 98 - 120th General Assembly No person shall falsify, tamper with, or render inaccurate any certification, information, or records required to be kept or submitted under this chapter or a rule adopted or order issued under it. Violation of this section is not falsification under section 2921.13 of the Revised Code.
