Effective: September 8, 1995 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 19 - 121st General Assembly This chapter and rules adopted under it shall not be construed to limit the kind and amount of radiation that may be applied intentionally for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes by or under the direction of a licensed physician, dentist, podiatrist, chiropractor, or veterinarian.
