Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly (A) The director of environmental protection shall collect all moneys for permits, licenses, plan approvals, variances, and certifications of any nature issued and administered by the environmental protection agency under Chapter 3704., 3714., 3734., 6109., or 6111. of the Revised Code. The director shall keep a record of all such moneys collected showing the amounts received, from whom, and for what purpose collected. All such moneys shall be credited to the general revenue fund, except for such moneys required to be credited to any other fund. (B) The director may reduce or waive a fee incurred for either of the following: (1) Submitting a late payment if the original amount has been paid in full; (2) Responding to an emergency, including fees for the disposal of material and debris, if the governor declares a state of emergency.
