Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall manufacture, offer, or expose for sale raw flaxseed or linseed oil unless it is wholly obtained from the seeds of the flax plant and fulfills all the requirements recognized by the eighth decennial revision of the United States pharmacopoeia.
