Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 500 - 127th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, no political subdivision of this state may enact or enforce any ordinance or other local law or regulation that conflicts with or preempts this chapter or any policy of this state expressed in this chapter.
