Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The director of health shall adopt rules that are necessary for the implementation of sections 3738.01 to 3738.08 of the Revised Code, including rules that do all of the following: (A) Establish a procedure for the PAMR board to follow in conducting pregnancy-associated death reviews; (B) Specify the data and other relevant information the board must use when conducting pregnancy-associated death reviews; (C) Establish guidelines for the board to follow to prevent an unauthorized dissemination of confidential information in violation of division (B) of section 3738.06 of the Revised Code. The rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
