Effective: July 11, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 421 - 118th General Assembly The issuance of revenue bonds under sections 3737.90 to 3737.948 of the Revised Code need not comply with any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds, except sections 9.96 and 9.97 of the Revised Code.
