Effective: March 19, 2003 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 115 - 124th General Assembly The fire marshal or an assistant fire marshal may summon and compel the attendance of witnesses to testify in relation to any matter that is a proper subject of inquiry or investigation, and may require the production of any book, paper, document, or record, regardless of physical form or characteristic.
