Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any municipal corporation or county, located in whole or in part within the territorial limits of a metropolitan housing authority, may lend or donate money to the authority or agree to take such action. The authority, when it has money available therefor, shall make reimbursements for all such loans made to it.
