Effective: October 29, 1993 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 165 - 120th General Assembly The director of environmental protection may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code establishing notification requirements for persons who beneficially use scrap tires, including at least rules establishing notification procedures and specifying information to be included in a notification.
