Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding any section of the Revised Code to the contrary, no solid waste management district shall exempt a public sector commercial licensed hauler from a fee that is charged to private sector commercial licensed haulers by the solid waste management district.
