Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The attorney general, or the prosecuting attorney of the county, or the city director of law shall upon complaint of the licensor prosecute to termination or bring an action for a temporary restraining order or preliminary or permanent injunction against any person violating this chapter or the rules adopted thereunder. The common pleas court in which an action for a temporary restraining order or preliminary or permanent injunction is filed has the jurisdiction to grant such relief upon a showing that the respondent named in the complaint is in violation of this chapter or the rules adopted thereunder.
