Effective: January 1, 2002 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 179 - 123rd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (C) of section 3730.02 or division (A) of section 3730.06 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (B) Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 3730.07 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
