Effective: October 13, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 368 - 125th General Assembly (A) No person shall violate this chapter or rules adopted under it. (B) The prosecuting attorney of a county, a city director of law, or the attorney general, upon complaint of the licensor or the director of health, shall prosecute to termination or bring an action for injunction against any person violating this chapter or rules adopted under it.
