Effective: July 24, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 279 - 118th General Assembly At the request of the director of health, an individual or business entity that is violating or has violated any requirement of this chapter or the rules adopted under it may be prosecuted by the attorney general or by the prosecuting attorney, city director of law, village solicitor, or similar prosecuting authority of the political subdivision in which the violation occurred or is occurring.
