Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly The director of health shall not require a licensed radon mitigation specialist to be physically present for supervision purposes when radon mitigation is performed. However, the director may require such a specialist to be physically present immediately before and after radon mitigation is performed.
