Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly From the effective date of this section until the date that is three years after the effective date of this section , the requirements of this chapter apply only to a hospital that has obtained a license to operate issued under section 3722.03 of the Revised Code.
