Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Each hospital licensed under this chapter shall have a governing board to oversee the hospital's management, operation, and control. The governing board shall be responsible for overseeing the appointment, reappointment, and assignment of privileges to medical staff as described in section 3701.351 of the Revised Code.
