Effective: March 23, 2022 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 58 - 134th General Assembly No person or resident shall be denied admission to or discharged from a long-term care facility or otherwise discriminated or retaliated against because of the decision to authorize the installation and use of an electronic monitoring device in a resident's room in the facility.
