Effective: July 22, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 66 - 122nd General Assembly No person shall leave or deposit dangerous drugs, poisons, or substances containing dangerous drugs or poisons in a common, street, alley, lane, or thoroughfare, or a yard or enclosure occupied by another. Whoever violates this section shall be liable to the person injured for all damages sustained as a result of leaving or depositing the dangerous drugs, poisons, or other substances.
