Effective: November 3, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 223 - 123rd General Assembly A licensor may employ or enter into contracts with qualified persons and government entities to conduct inspections and to assist the licensor by performing routine services in the administration and enforcement of this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
