Effective: November 4, 1959 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 440 - 103rd General Assembly In addition to the remedies provided in section 3716.04 of the Revised Code, and irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, the director of health is hereby authorized to apply to the court of common pleas wherein any of the provisions of section 3716.02 are being violated for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from such violation.
