Effective: September 12, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 127th General Assembly The state board of pharmacy shall, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, adopt rules as necessary to give effect to sections 3715.89 and 3715.90 of the Revised Code.
