Effective: January 1, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly All civil and criminal penalties ordered pursuant to this chapter and paid as provided in the chapter, and all fees and other moneys collected pursuant to the chapter, shall be deposited in the non-title V clean air fund created in section 3704.035 of the Revised Code.
