Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each board of health of a city or general health district shall provide for the free distribution of antitoxin for the treatment of cases of diphtheria and shall establish sufficient distributing stations to render such antitoxin readily available in all parts of the district.
