Effective: June 23, 2021 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 22 - 134th General Assembly Any order or regulation for the public health or for the prevention or restriction of disease issued by a board of health of a city or general health district under section 3709.20 or 3709.21 of the Revised Code may apply to only the following persons: (A) Those who have been medically diagnosed with the disease that is the subject of the order or regulation; (B) Those who have come in direct contact with someone who has been medically diagnosed with the disease that is the subject of the order or regulation; (C) Those that have had a documented incident in the building of the disease that is the subject of the order or regulation. As used in this section, "person" has the same meaning as in section 1.59 of the Revised Code.
