Effective: October 23, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 397 - 109th General Assembly The sanitary board shall have entire control of the erection and maintenance of the sanitary plant and the purchase of the necessary real estate therefor on behalf of the municipal corporation. The board may modify the original plans and specifications, subject to the approval of the director of environmental protection, but the total cost thereof shall not exceed the original estimate.
