Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation or the board of township trustees of any township may enter into a contract, upon such terms and for such period of time as is mutually agreed upon, with any other municipal corporation or township to prepare all necessary plans and estimates of cost, and to construct, operate, use, and maintain a sanitary plant.
