Public Meetings and Records.

All meetings of the Ohio air quality development authority shall be public. All final actions of the authority shall be journalized and such journal and the records of the authority shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times, except that any records or information relating to secret processes or secret methods of manufacture or production that may be obtained by the authority or other persons acting under Chapter 3706. of the Revised Code are confidential and shall not be disclosed.
