Effective: April 4, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 440 - 126th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the FutureGen initiative fund. The fund shall consist of money appropriated to it and money from private donations, grants, gifts, bequests, and other sources. Money in the fund shall be used to make grants for the drilling of a test well to assist the state's efforts to secure the United States department of energy FutureGen initiative pursuant to section 3706.01 of the Revised Code.
