Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 463 - 130th General Assembly The director of health, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules as necessary to implement and administer sections 3702.96 to 3702.967 of the Revised Code. In preparing rules, the director shall consult with the dentist loan repayment advisory board.
