Effective: June 24, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly The director of health, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules as necessary to implement and administer sections 3702.85 to 3702.95 of the Revised Code. In preparing rules, the director shall consult with the dentist loan repayment advisory board.
