Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of health may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code necessary to establish, maintain, and carry out the purposes of the Ohio violent death reporting system under sections 3701.93 to 3701.9314 of the Revised Code.
