Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the public health emergency preparedness fund. All federal funds the department of health receives to conduct public health emergency preparedness and response activities shall be credited to the fund. The department shall use money in the fund to pay expenses related to public health emergency preparedness and response activities.
